Movement

Extend hands,arms, and shoulders, contact ball on barrel of bat, keep bat at 45 degree angle, angle bat to which direction to bunt (1st base, 3rd base) keep head down and still.

Shoulder girdle protraction with pectoralis minor and serratus anterior

Shoulder joint horizontal adduction by concentrically contracting the pectoralis major, anterior deltoids, and coracobrachialis muscles with internal rotation by concentrically contracting the latissimus dorsi, teres major, pectoralis major, and subscapularis muscles.

Bilateral elbow joint extension by ecentrically contracting the tricepts brachii long head, lateral head and medial head and anconeus muscles.

Externally rotate left hip joint by concentrically contratcing the pectineus, biceps femoris, gluteus maximus, adductor magnus, piriformis, gemellus superior and inferior, obturator internus, externus, and femoris muscles.
Internally rotate right hip joint by concentrically contracting the gracilis, semitendinosus, semimembranosus and gluteus minimus muscles.

Bilateral knee flexion by concentrically contracting the biceps femoris, popliteus, semimembranosus, and semitendinosus muscles.
